Asking for help can feel quite scary, even if you think you can do it yourself. However, asking for help is necessary, and it starts with you.

Living on Island for about 30 years with over 4 years of working with the severe mental illness and substance abuse populations, as well as 3 years of prior experience working with children struggling with developmental disorders, I provide adult psychotherapy services that focus on emotion regulation, effective coping skills, mindfulness, activity therapies, as well as collaborative community resources for extra support.

Sometimes, awareness and realignment is needed in life, while life will continue to throw its challenges along the way. It’s a good thing that we are resilient beings, seeking balance and self-love, and ready to put what we learn into action to maintain wellness. Remember, you are not alone.
