The therapeutic journey is a sacred and beautiful one, and I am honored to walk alongside clients to help guide them towards a deeper understanding of themselves on all levels. My job is to create a place of healing and love. I have a humanistic and holistic approach which allows you to feel comfortable and safe while exploring different facets of yourself and your life.
 
I provide psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and families. A lot of my life’s work has been working with the LGBTQ community and with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and complex trauma. I will use different evidence-based practices that fit and work for each individual to take care of the mind, body, and soul.

I integrate family systems therapy (FST), Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mentoring, and mindfulness into sessions to help address the “whole” person.
