I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am dedicated to providing optimal care and compassion while encouraging growth and resilience in my clients. 
I provide individualized care based on each client’s needs. I enjoy creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship and seeing my clients transform their lives.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, family therapy and use integrative approaches to therapy to help my clients get better.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I am passionate about working with individuals across multi-cultural backgrounds. In addition to working with diverse groups I have extensive experience with substance abuse, mental health, Trauma / PTSD and probation/forensic clients. Specializing in teen, families and adults, as well as working with at risk populations like low income and the homeless.
